The eagle owl is now the biggest winged hunter in England, but the RSPB is not only hostile towards our new eagle owls, it wants to ‘nip the colonisation in the bud’.

Those are the words of Sir Ian Botham, who also hit out at the RSPB last summer over the organisation’s protection of raptors.
